After trying countless booking apps to manages a school bus service, this was by far the most comprehensive and easiest to work with.
The customer service is very helpful and quick.
Used the paid version for our other websites and worked fine until we wanted to improve our booking system. Admin dashboard can be confusing and when you contact support they talk to you in a condescending tone, very unprofessional. For the price there are better options.

I can admit that the settings in the app can be a bit challenging for our customers, and we are working on providing our customers with a better UI and user experience.
In our last conversation with you, we understand that you were upset due to utilizing the iCal sync, which created bookings in the app and exhausted your booking limit. I've only been using Book That App for a short while and I'm still getting familiar with it. However, the support team has been absolutely excellent!
