The app is great. I had some troubles configuring everything and making some personalizations, but the support team is just great. They were very fast and helped me with everything; they even overdeliver, just like it's their own store :)
sorry but from 5 to 3 stars, the team is very slow to react, the translation need improvement, dashboard need improvement for example i couldn't find how to translate the reviews...
this bad because if you rund fb ads and no translation is there, then this will affect your sales!

Extremely good app. For the support, I won't have room to fit all the praise. They really solved a very complicated problem that Shopify did not want to deal with at all, even though the problem, as in most cases, was with them. In short, I will say for everyone who has a problem with part of the translation of their theme (because of the small base of languages supported by Shopify 32.) This is your App and team of developers and support. Special thanks to Dimitar and his colleagues from the development and programming department.

This is a great translation app. Very easy to set up and it has everything we needed for our shop. The support is great, very responsive. We had a minor issue and Todor was more than helpful, and prompt in handling it. Can't recommend enough!

Support efficient
Sadly, I need to edit our review and lower the stars. The interaction with the app could be better, especially when managing many languages. We would add terms to the glossary that won't translate and some custom translations that won't work. Judge.me translations have been pending for months, and they have yet to implement a bulk solution, so you will need to translate review per review each time for each language.
Adding new products or modifications will not be automatically translated, so you'll need to run everything again manually each time, which is time-consuming. This solution is too demanding and time-consuming, rather than being a set-and-forget approach, which is what the app leads you to believe with its AI capabilities.
Support, while responsive during weekdays, is not available on weekends. So, any issues you encounter, you must wait until next week.

This translation app is not as smart as it described. It can not translating content well. You have to manually edited all translations.
They call it AI. But it uses third-party robot translation services. Translation is not accurate. Not worth the price. A lot of limitations.
The app is awesome but the Customer support is Incredible and beyond ! There is always someone to talk to and they do more than what's needed to assist. I recommand !
