I am just starting my journey with T Lab. And right at the beginning needed help with a couple of things...1. customer service replied straight away. 2. Stoycho was super friendly and had a prompt answer on everything i asked (and i asked a lot:)) 3. He gave great advice on the "how to" 4. I felt like somebody cared! So - fantastic customer service...looking forward to work with the tool:)

I have worked with T Lab and the Sherpas Design team for an extremely long time now and both their app and team have been phenomenal. The app is intuitive and easy to use but the best part is their team. I have made many custom requests and asked plenty of questions about how to do things in the app and they have delivered on all my inquiries well.
The Agent helped me out and was honestly amazing, he helped me out with everything i was looking for and even helped me out with stuff that was out of his reach. Amazing support, amazing app! If you have any questions just click on the button to talk to an agent and they'll immediately help you out with any of your concerns. Amazing!
