Very helpful customer support - most helpful I have experienced!

I can't express how happy I am with this app. I've been using it for several years on numerous stores. The features of the app are great, making it very easy to sell/provide digital products, which make a significant portion of our revenue stream, and the service is spectacular.
This is one of the few apps I always always install immediately in every new store I set up.

This app is exactly what we needed. We were able to set up a page for downloading our course as well as to watch via streaming. We can send it to our customers as well as sell it as a standalone product. Perfect app.
And their support is the best I've experienced in all the apps I used. They helped me set up everything from scratch until it was perfect.

We could not run our business without this great app. It allows our customers to download our digital products or view them online with built-in safe-guards to protect them. Plus, the developer of the app has been extremely responsive to our questions and has provided use with invaluable suggestions for running and growing our business.

We have few plugins and apps on our shop. BUT Uplinkly is BY FAR THE BEST APP ON SHOPIFY. We sell digital products and Michael and his team are absolutely amazing. The app is great, downloads and file management is easy to follow and has no flaws. I will recommend it to everyone who are looking for file management for download products and best service! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!!! just get it!

I absolutely LOVE and swear by this App! If you have e-courses, e-books, pdf or almost any digital product for sale, this is the App for you!!! I love that I'm able to see when a customer has downloaded and how many times, as well as control the availability.

I use this app to provide digital patterns to my customers. I have been using this app for months and it is great. No problems. Questions are answered promptly by their support team (they are also very friendly). I'm on their free plan which allows for 10 free product listings (and also has a lot less restrictions compared to other competitors' free plans). I'm coming close to that 10 but I will have no problem transition to their paid plan as it is affordable and their app has been essential for my store.

I have uses this app for handling automatic downloads of music scores for around a year by now. It is easy to handle, reasonable prices for a small business like mine, and the support has always been first class. Quick, helpful and very competent. They even have added new features based on my questions to the support. Recommended.
