Facebook is a multibillion dollar corporation but my META-VERIFIED account constantly gets flagged as a BOT account?? Out dated buggy features, staff have no idea how to help, I'm unable to submit information , unable to connect a Facebook page to my ad account and support tells me to wait, i wait and repeat and problem still occurs and they have no idea how to help. What a joke of a company.

This app performs well overall, with a beautiful interface and practical functions, but there is still room for improvement in details and performance. If the above problems can be solved, the user experience will be better. But I hope the developer can continue to optimize and bring a better user experience.

Dear Metas,

Despite making extensive revisions to my product descriptions—removing even legally permissible health claims—my products continue to be rejected. This has made it nearly impossible to advertise effectively on your platform.

I adhere strictly to Swedish regulations, yet Meta’s policies seem to prevent me from communicating any meaningful information about my products. If compliance means I cannot describe the benefits at all, I am left with nothing to sell.

As a result, I will be reconsidering my use of Meta as an advertising platform, as the constant rejections make it unreasonably difficult to conduct business. I would appreciate clear guidance on how to present my products without facing repeated rejections.

At first glance it's good, it promises to make it work.
But it really underdelivers. You still have to do many things in the meta account, which is terrible, I mean astoundingly terrible.
I am new to this but I'm a developer and I still don't understand anything on it. Not shopify's fault, but I really thought the facebook and instagram app would handle all of this nonsense for me. It doesn't.
Now I have a semi-connection and I don't know what to do to make it work, neither what it is supposed to do if it can't do that, great.

Fantastische integratie met Facebook en Instagram via Shopify!

Sinds we onze Facebook- en Instagram-kanalen gekoppeld hebben aan onze Shopify-winkel, is alles zoveel makkelijker en efficiënter geworden. Producten worden automatisch gesynchroniseerd, klanten kunnen direct vanuit social media kopen, en onze zichtbaarheid is enorm gegroeid.

De installatie was eenvoudig, en binnen enkele klikken stonden onze producten op Instagram Shopping en Facebook Shop. Ook advertenties beheren is nu veel overzichtelijker via de Facebook Commerce Manager.

We zien duidelijk meer verkeer én conversie sinds we deze koppeling gebruiken. Absoluut een aanrader voor elke webshop die actief is op social media!

I’m a beginner to dropshipping and just connected my store ActiveAura™ to Facebook and Instagram. The app setup was mostly smooth, and I love that I can sync my products directly and run ads easily. It automatically connected to my personal Facebook account, which was a bit confusing, but I figured it out with support. Great app overall—just wish it explained the Facebook group/page permissions more clearly.

Managing my apparel brand shop on Facebook and Instagram has been a frustrating journey, to say the least. For the past four years, I've faced constant challenges connecting to the shop and maintaining its functionality.

One of the biggest hurdles has been resetting my Facebook password for the shop account. No matter how many attempts I make, I never seem to get it resolved. The lack of a clear or straightforward solution has made it feel like an ongoing hassle, with issues cropping up time and time again.

These technical difficulties have taken away valuable time I could be spending on growing my business, connecting with customers, and creating new products. I’m still looking for a lasting solution but have yet to find one that sticks.

If anyone has successfully navigated these issues or knows the best approach to resolving them, I’d love to hear your advice!
