What I like:

Easy to link products to Facebook and Instagram

Ads are easier to manage

Good tracking for how your ads are doing

Helps set up Facebook and Instagram Shops quickly

What could be better:

Setup can be confusing if you have more than one account

The layout of your Facebook Shop can’t be changed much

Support is sometimes slow to respond

Overall, it’s a great app if you want to sell through social media. Just be ready for a few setup issues at the start.

It never connects to my Meta Business account. Always in review I stayed in review for a year. Finally disconnected and reconnected same issue. **Update * Issue resolved. Thank you so much sorry can't remember her name but she was patient and understanding.

This app performs well overall, with a beautiful interface and practical functions, but there is still room for improvement in details and performance. If the above problems can be solved, the user experience will be better. But I hope the developer can continue to optimize and bring a better user experience.

Fantastische integratie met Facebook en Instagram via Shopify!

Sinds we onze Facebook- en Instagram-kanalen gekoppeld hebben aan onze Shopify-winkel, is alles zoveel makkelijker en efficiënter geworden. Producten worden automatisch gesynchroniseerd, klanten kunnen direct vanuit social media kopen, en onze zichtbaarheid is enorm gegroeid.

De installatie was eenvoudig, en binnen enkele klikken stonden onze producten op Instagram Shopping en Facebook Shop. Ook advertenties beheren is nu veel overzichtelijker via de Facebook Commerce Manager.

We zien duidelijk meer verkeer én conversie sinds we deze koppeling gebruiken. Absoluut een aanrader voor elke webshop die actief is op social media!

Support through the Facebook app was awesome. All previous restrictions were lifted after a support ticket which was created in the FB app within the Shopify environment. we no more any issues in our account. So we can benefit all features again now

Obviously both apps are essentials and irreplacable. However, I wish Insta would make it easier to create a password for someone who has always logged in via fb. It took me 3 hours and help from ChatGPT to do it.
