Growave has been a great addition to our store! The features are easy to use and perfectly integrated with our theme. What really stands out is their customer support — absolutely amazing. Ainura was incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly assisting us with custom changes. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable loyalty and wishlist solution!

Very functional addition to our store. Works well for reviews and rewards and integrates with Shopify to allow customization in where and how reviews are shown on your page. Excellent quick responses from support! Would highly recommend.

The support team at Growave is excellent, especially their response to inquiries is very fast and complete!
The app has so many features and you can find the right way to use them.

We wanted a simple Rewards app and ended up with a polished solution that offers so much more. Features like Reviews (with the ability to add photos), Wishlist (with optional notifications for out-of-stock products), POS integration (crucial for those with a physical presence), and a nifty Instagram widget (to display and tag content) exceeded our expectations. The core Rewards system has everything we need: rewards for orders, signups, referrals, and an optional VIP tier system. Beyond the features, the ease of use is remarkable. No complex setup is required, the widgets are simple to configure, and everything looks great right out of the box. We’ve been with them for over three years, and from an admin perspective, it’s incredibly low-maintenance and works beautifully. A special shoutout to Kani from the support team for assisting us with migrating to a new version—prompt, caring, and truly making me feel like a VIP customer. Thank you!

I've been using Growave since 2020, and have nothing but good to say. They LISTEN, are incredibly responsive, and also have this intangible common-sense quality where they just "get it". I think this might be the best company I have ever worked with, and by FAR the best support.

I was an early adopter of Growave when they just started and had 2 stores on their Basic plan which is $9/month. I have been giving a lot of feedback and invested much time and money to integrate the app into my current stores. Just recently, they announced a new 2.0 Dashboard rollout on 15 Mar and I will lose access to my dashboard, and my current plan is no longer offered.

Honestly, it is just the dashboard UI update and the features generally remain the same. For me to enjoy the same set of features (VIP tiers, custom address to send email, etc), I will need to upgrade to their Growth plan, which is $149/month!

That's like 16x more expensive. We are a small brand and have two stores, and it is way over our budget. I wrote in to ask the support and was told if I chose not to upgrade my plan, the dashboard would be blocked and the widgets will be disabled on your site.

I am happy to see that Growave.io has grown to what it is now, but shouldn't you also take care of your early loyal customers? I wish that you had a better way to handle this as many other companies would still honor the grandfathered plan even if they introduced the price plan change (maybe without the newer features)

Truly disappointed.
