Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist has been a fantastic addition to our store! We use only the wishlist feature, and it works flawlessly, providing a smooth and user-friendly experience for our customers. What truly stands out is their support team—always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Even though we’re using just one feature, we feel valued as a customer, and that speaks volumes about their service. Highly recommend!

I love that I can manage review, wishlist and rewards in one single app. I like how it looks, the setting is very simple, however, I do hope there are more settings available on how the widget display on the website.

Hands down the best referral + review app on Shopify.

The software is powerful and super customisable, but what really makes Growave stand out is their team. Janat, Yzat, Kani and Vlad are absolute legends — responsive, helpful, and genuinely available 7 days a week.

They go above and beyond to tweak the features I needed for my referral and review flow.

I've been using Growave for years to offer customers the ability to add photos to their reviews and for the loyalty program so they can earn points on purchases. I love the Wishlist feature too! It's easy to customize the widgets to be on-brand, and the team has been super helpful to even further customize my widgets! I've never had any issues with Growave messing up my store code and the widgets load quickly so as not to slow down the user experience. Over the years I've let go of many apps but never this one :)

UPDATE: The Growave Team has been amazing to help rectify this and assist with all setup. They've gone above and beyond to rebuild goodwill and create smooth systems going forward. So appreciated!

First of all, the app itself seems great. We haven't launched it yet and are still setting up our program. However, this app does not have a "setup" mode. There is a big banner on multiple pages that says, "Action required - Growave is not activated." One would interpret this to mean that it's safe to set the app up and play with settings to see what works best for our shop.

Nope. Everything is live immediately. Growave emailed several customers that they earned points in a rewards system we haven't launched, and it requested reviews from people without permission, too. We're not even sure we want to use the reviews feature.

I was mortified and had to have Growave customer service send me .csv files of those contacted (because I couldn't even find WHO got emails). It was pure luck I discovered people had been contacted at all.

This is an embarrassingly huge flaw. I tested other apps before testing Growave, and those apps didn't reach out to customers without giving me a head's up, notification, or some sort of permission wall.

If there are settings in the backend that trigger communications, those need to be CLEARLY labeled. Because if "Growave isn't activated" doesn't actually mean "Growave isn't activated," then there is literally no way to know the customer-facing implications of simply creating a reward system framework.

A great app, and a great support team. We've used the application since we opened our physical and virtual doors. Seamless integration with our POS, and regular updates to the application included in the monthly fee.
Whenever I've needed support of migration support, it's been quick and carried out well.
Can't fault the app or the team!
