I've been using IP for about four years now, and it’s been a game-changer compared to our old spreadsheet-based planning. It’s saved us an incredible amount of time while helping me purchase the right inventory at the right moment. This has significantly reduced out-of-stock issues and optimized our cash flow. For the first few years, I didn’t spend much time on configuration—it worked almost perfectly out of the box. This year, however, we focused on fine-tuning it to better track our costs, and the results have been worth it. The IP support team has been fantastic throughout. I genuinely appreciate this app—it’s easily in my top three Apps my Shopify stores.

I've been using Inventory Planner for a while now, and while the tool itself is powerful and feature-rich, what truly makes it invaluable is the exceptional support team. Honestly, if it weren’t for the amazing help I’ve received—especially from Jansen—I would’ve already switched to another system.

Inventory planning can be complex and, at times, incredibly frustrating. Recently, I ran into serious challenges with skewed forecasts caused by limited Shopify data.
