I know we now live in a world where we don't talk by phone anymore. I hate that phone assistance is no longer available. So I will never offer a 5 star until the day phone assistance comes back. But over all the assistance was helpful both of the male assistants were kind and helpful and they stayed with me until the problem was resolved. The last young man offered a video that helped me tremendously.
I would suggest you make a video for very problem imaginable for all of us visual learners. Thank you

What I think is not so nice compared to other review apps is that to be able to adapt the review E-Mail sent out to customers who uses Outlook, you have to buy the paid version to change the size of the product images otherwise the E-Mail received by the customer looks horrible and you will not recieve any reviews at all from those using Outlook.
Also, Judge.me doesn't offer an "All Reviews Page" in the free version that other apps offers in their free version.
To me that's the two big minus I can find in the free version.
As mentioned the support is really good where many other could learn a lot.
I wish it was a little more intuitive but the support team is great at helping you navigate.
Customer service is fantastic, however, some features on the app feel limiting.
I was experiencing some technical issues with the app and the agent provided me with Excellent customer service and updated my account within minutes. I truly appreciate their help and expertise. You won’t be disappointed with this app.
love the app and concept but $15 a month is pretty steep. too expensive.
Overall fairly good. I jumped to the paid tier and it is working to collect since reviews. However, the medals never update correctly. Despite having 100% transparency rating, the medal often switches down to gold from platinum. Cash request it redone via chat but it's very annoying to have to do it every few reviews.
The biggest issue though, is the review process. Users keep telling me they can't figure out how to leave a store review on top of the product review. The process is broken into too many steps and it confuses the user's.
Also, only seems to ask for a single review per email. Would be better to have the system ask for reviews of the entire purchase in one e-mail.
A little confusing to use at first, but the support team is amazing
I would recommend this app to other business owners. It is quite user friendly and works very well. My only complaint is that it has mysteriously become disabled several times now. Luckily Leandro was able to easily walk me through how to re-enable it!
