Very fair pricing for these amount of features. :)
Only missing feature: Include reviews from multiple products in another product (but not the other way around). Case: Bundle products.

Great features. Loves of different levels - basic/free to more options/paid. Just a little confusing and involved. I'd need to carve out some time to implement it all. BUT the customer service team is great and helped do lots of that so I can focus on my products.

The AI-powered inquiry responses are highly accurate, and many times, they help resolve any uncertainties.
When I have directly asked questions via chat to a representative, I always receive prompt responses, which I greatly appreciate. I am very satisfied with the support; however, I find it a bit challenging to fully understand and utilize some of the features due to the lack of Japanese language support.
I believe that adding Japanese language support would be a huge help for Japanese users!
Since the app is commonly used in Japan, I would be very grateful if you could consider this.

The app is decent. But some features need to be placed in a structured way in the app like templates and custom forms should be placed at the same place.

I would definitely recommend this app to anyone, as its a quick way to share customer views about a product. It's a bit tricky to configure, especially if you have a customozed theme, but the app support team is very willing and able to help round the clock. Thanks for all the help,Brian!

The Support Staff are great and very helpful. They are knowledgeable and get really hands on when you need it which We can appreciate.

The UGC Widget is a personal favorite of ours. This app has helped build trust between us and our customer's which is invaluable to our success as as brand. We highly recommend giving the Judge.me app a try.

Judgeme is easy to use, once the different widget definitions are understood. I think that the functionality is sound but the descriptions were not written with a new user in mind. I had to ask a fiverr gig worker to configure because they descriptions didn't make sense to me.

Even the experienced gig worker had to reach out to support for assistance turning on some widgets.

Mixed, and I am willing to update this after I used it more often.
I was off to a rocky start and that is (IMHO) the biggest weakness of this app. The tutorial and everything is made from an inside out view. Its all centered around this product. It is not designed from the perspective of a business. So it uses a lot of terminology (Judge.me-speak) that makes sense to them, not necessary to an outsider.
I had a great experience with a member of the support team on chat and that helped a lot.
The app is also FULL OF FUNCTIONALITY. There is lots of stuff and its very tempting to clickk here and ther and switch on all the lights- turning your shop into a bazar. Unfortunately there is little guidance on a strategic use of this tool that is most appropriate.
Example: one of the first things I discovered in horror that its default is to send each customer an email asking for a review after each purchase. This may sound great to some, but for repeat buyers, this is just spamming, bordering on harassment. Luckily I found the setting BEFORE the first emails were sent...
My impression after the first few days. this may change over time as I am getting more familiar with the tool and how to use it in a way tht complements MY business in the best possible way.

Good, fast customer service and responsiveness. App is very useful but the email template function can be buggy and had to rewrite it using HTML option as font size wasn't consistent. Otherwise it's great
