We've been using this app on multiple stores for 6 years now. We love that they have a great free plan to start with, and that the paid plan is a super fair price. They're always adding new features, and their support is excellent. Will continue using for years to come!

Great App, for reviews at a reasonable price. We have tried a few reviews apps, always tested out first on the free plan.
Judge Me free plan is pretty good, but once you are ready to step up into the paid plan, you will find it offers everything you need - I am hoping that it will also help with google and SEO.

We've been using judge.me for years now and has been great. I do wish some of the features were more intuitive to use (e.g. product grouping) but judge.me has worked for us to collect reviews from our customers. It syncs with Google products. works well with Klaviyo and PageFly.

I updated my theme and the reviews didn't go through and I was struggling to get the code working. But the chat was super fast at getting them back within minutes! Amazing app and service!

This app is doing exactly what I wanted getting new reviews and allowing me to bring my reviews from Etsy too. Really easy way to prompt customers to place reviews and display them on our site via widgets to add social proof to our products! The free plan is really great, plus I got a very quick response via their chat when I had a query. Definitely more than happy with this app!
