So far so good on this reviews app. I am using the free version as well, which doesn't allow for customer imported photos or videos and that is one thing I am considering upgrading the plan for. It seems to be a quick and easy process for my customers to leave reviews, because I am getting them frequently in comparison to another app I used prior.

We are considering upgrading to the paid plan to help run campaigns and unlock some additional customizations, but the free plan has all the basics you need. Customer support was also available via chat and helped me write away.
