Justuno is by far the best App that we have installed to date. It does everything it promises.
Great app, simple and works flawlessly. Justuno guys were quick to respond to my email and answered a few questions that I had. Then I installed it manually. 5 stars. Highly recommend.
Great app. It has attracted some visitors to our site as well as our Facebook page. I recommend trying it, easy to install and track.
This app is easy to install and configure and works as advertised. I find it reasonably priced, but if you want to customize exactly how the pop up appears (visually, in terms of timing, and targeting specific audiences) then you really pay a premium - something a small fossil and mineral shop like mine cannot yet afford.
This app is almost awesome. It's a great idea, super easy to use, customize, install, etc. I wish all apps were this easy. But then I came back here and noticed there was a review (scroll to the bottom) mentioning that it covers half the page when using mobile. I tested it out, and for the first second I thought it would be fine, the tab on the side didn't really cover too much, it was thin enough, but then the coupon popped out without me even touching anything. The coupon not only covered the entire screen, but it wouldn't close. I uninstalled this immediately after. I'm so glad I read that as I probably wouldn't have noticed for a while, leaving my site completely unusable on moblie. So, yeah, almost awesome. If there was a way for it to not show up on the mobile version of my side, it would be totally awesome.
edit screen cuts off the edges of template, you can't drag the background in order to position it well, screen is rigid you can't hide some settings bars in order for the edit screen to be wider.
Justuno is very powerful, I just teamed up with Miranda from the managed services team and she is AMAZING. I am seeing results each month based on her help with strategies to optimize customer experience on my site. Thanks!!

Gave this a try. Wow at the Windows 95-like template designer. It's the most user-unfriendly experience I had for a while. Tried to edit a standard popup template for gamification and gave up. This app has been up for years and I'm sure they keep the very first UX they came up with. If you are willing to invest hours in trying to understand how this thing works, it should be okay. Sorry, but I cannot recommend it.
I FOUND IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO USE. I've reached out for help, but no one has ever emailed me back. Horrible experience. Therefore, I've deleted this app to look for something that's more user friendly and has good customer service.

There are many options for customizing rules and design which is great for making maximum from your promotions.

The tool itself is great but comparing to similar tools that offers the same functionalities it is overpriced. but when i comes to the plus service THIS IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.. I t is a kind of walking you through the tool and teach you how to create stuff. I did no check but I am sure anyone with some experience with the internet will be able to find his way through... the best thing about the PLUS service is the RECAP email they send after a zoom call .. to be honest it is a real detailed email :)

Justuno has been amazing. I work with Miranda and she's been the biggest help. She's troubleshooted issues with our theme and the pop-ups we implemented to make sure everything works as expected. Any bumps along the way have been worked out. They help test all of our pop-ups and go over stats to make recommendations for new pop-ups. It's been great to have them as almost an extension of our team.

It works fine and gets the job done but the pop ups looks pretty sloppy and the user interface isn't the easiest to use.

I installed your plugin and I am not able to make the popup work. I've tried to contact the support but didn't heard from them . Please help me sort the issue asap.

If the app is already installed can you try deleting it and reinstalling it as sometimes on the initial install it can fail to add the embed code to the site.

Customer engagement via onsite messaging was a challenge until i found JustUno. The tight Shopify and Klaviyo integration are huge bonuses when compared to lightweight "pop up" apps. One of the big concerns we have around other "pop up apps" is site speed slowing and where our data is going. No issues with site speed when using JustUno and the JustUno website and documentation is clear and transparent. With Just Uno you can also have targeted customer messaging in your checkout - which is a big plus for us. The JustUno rule engine is second to none, meaning, configuration of customer journey messaging and promotional campaign messaging is no longer a headache for us to manage. Setting up display triggers and rules is a drag and drop process - very easy and intuitive. The Team at JustUno and their support (Stephanie & Zach) are fantastic (thank you to both of you for helping us). App installation and JustUno campaign setup is easy to do as well. Creating and configuring mobile and desktop messaging is also easy to do given the extensive template library within Just Uno. If your looking for a single site messaging solution that works extremely well with your email marketing provider then look no further.

Great for what I needed it for. Advertising banner sales, events etc. Easy to use. Some times the mobile view is a little tricky

If you're finding the mobile view a bit tricky, we'd suggest you use our library of pre-built templates. There you can find a mobile-friendly template to start from, then can easily customize the branding and sync up the integration with your provider, if needed. These also have our best-practice mobile targeting rules already set for you, so you don't have to worry about customizing anything there.

Awful user interface - it takes way too much time to customize pop-ups relative to other design interfaces (Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify themes). It gets the job done but is too much of a hassle to set-up. We're switching to a native integration.

I like this app a lot. It take a bit of time to learn but not bad considering the amount of customization it offers. It is even linked to Canva to make design even easier.

I signed up for the professional service and it was far from it!
There client service rep would miss meetings and come up with horrible designs that were subpar at best. I have requested a refund and canceled but they still charge my credit card month and month. $800 a month

We downloaded your app yesterday and as soon as we did we started to experience a serious speed issue with our website. After some hours we decided to delete it because we thought that your app was causing it. We never had any speed problem with our store since we downloaded the app.
The problem is that even though we have deleted your app, the speed problem is still there. We have been talking with shopify assistance and they told us that sometimes even if we have deleted the app, it can leave behind a code that may cause the website to slow down.
We reached with the app asistance and they quickly washed their hands in order to now help us....
We are so dissatisfied with the app and the service!!!

This app is amazing. I really cannot say how helpful Jenna in support is. The app has so much useful functionality but can be a little tricky to get used to. But after watching a few of the videos and getting help from Jenna it was great. Also the free plan does up to 5000 visit per month so its great for starting out.

Its a good app but little complicated, i was confused at first but slowly i have learned how to use it.

I had a very hard time trying to figure out the exit pop up, and when i finally do it doesn't work on mobile !!!
Hi Alpha Tech. We're sorry Justuno's exit offers didn't seem to work for you on mobile. Mobile browsers don't have cursors, and because of that our exit behavior offers unfortunately have slightly different functionality on mobile as they do on desktop. Thankfully for you, we do provide support articles on how to optimize these mobile exit offers using our alternative mobile-browser-friendly triggers including scroll percent, exit using back button, and more.

This is by far the most comprehensive app I've seen on Shopify when it comes to running banners & pop-ups. Fantastic visual designer and great analytics data on how your customers are interacting with your promotions. The entire UI is very polished and the pre-made designs look great. This is my first review on a Shopify app and I think they thoroughly deserve 5 stars.
I love the spinning wheel pop up! class. it would be great to have an egg timer, the sand time to encourage people to sign up. keep up the good work

Customer support just ignores your questions. App is very limited for certain marketing related activities, you can't even adjust it to your personal needs. (and this was done with a pro subscription)
