Octane AI: Advanced Quiz Maker

I've been very happy with the engagement and sales we are seeing from our Octane quiz so far. Support - especially Arielle and Ivana - have been super responsive in helping me with my questions.

Great app and easy to learn how to use. Great customer service! Any time I have any issues with building the quiz, the team answers quickly through chat and gives clear instructions on how to solve any problems.

We recently switched from Typeform to Octane AI after looking at a bunch of different platforms, and we couldn’t be happier with the choice! Octane AI stood out for its features and user-friendly interface, but what really blew us away was the top-notch customer and technical support. They provided super clear instructions and were quick to help with any troubleshooting we needed—seriously responsive and helpful. If you’re on the fence, we’d highly recommend giving Octane AI a try!

I do not suggest this app at all. The customer service is very bad. I made an appointment via zoom, and after 3 days the person in charge told me that she could not help you and she did not know the language in which the questions were written, even though I translated all the questions for her. Then he told me that he did not have time and that he had to go??? They deducted $200 and no one helped, and the company does not have a staff to help. also she same person in meeting and email and chat ? how company like that have one lady to 3 jobs ? and i make 11 questions in Quiz ,she said i suggest reduce to 3-4 questions ?

Octane is really amazing! The app itself is fantastic, and their support is top-notch . Ariel was especially helpful with the customizations I needed for the quiz—he explained everything clearly and responded promptly to all my questions.

Love the app, wish it had a few more functions for design and for the visually impaired, other than that, highly recommend.

My experience with Octane AI has been great so far, especially because of their customer support team.
