Luis was such a GREAT help and continued to help me when I just could not figure out what I was doing wrong. He was very patient and very KIND!
Amazing support - an actual human helped me out. How cool is that? 100 stars go out to Mithsou and the rest of the support team.
Honestly, this was the easiest app to use. I actually WISH other apps would take note on how to make an app user friendly when it comes to design. Super easy to make it look exactly how I like and enough templates on the free version that makes it worth it. Honestly fantastic service too, the person who helped me 'Mithsou' was great and even coded a part of my website for me to make the popup work with my theme. 5 stars.
It is an easy to use app for pop-up. Very prompt customer service as well. Too bad the pop-up doesn't have geolocation function yet. Wish they can impliment it in the future!
Had a great experience with Jamilya. She was very friendly and quick to resolve my issue. Would recommend.
