The App backend is not working and we contacted the support as we are not able to proceed with a campaign but no answer from their side. that's not acceptable at all.
I just installed the POWR Survey app, so I’m still exploring its full potential, but I wanted to highlight the excellent support I received right from the start.
Jamilya was very helpful during the setup process. She guided me step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working correctly. Thank you!
It's a great app. We stopped sending surveys out a while ago so we had to cancel but if you are using surveys it does everything you need it to do. The Customer service on the app is also great they answer all your questions quickly with no hassle. Richcarde was amazing!

I have had great experiences with support. I received a response very quickly. It was taken care of quickly and my problem was successfully solved.
This app is super friendly! Mithsou was amazing with the guidance during the set up process.
The text states that the free version includes unlimited surveys and responses. However, this is a lie. In the free version, you can only receive 25 responses per survey. Additionally, the free version is cluttered with advertisements, making it impossible to properly test the app and survey customers. Not recommended.

Thanks for your feedback, however it looks like there is a misunderstanding unfortunately.
Please note that in our listing, it's clearly stated that the free version includes unlimited surveys and NOT RESPONSES.
Moreover, we do not display any ad on our apps apart from the POWR logo that is showing at the bottom for free plans, as we do care about our users privacy and experience.
Hopefully this clarify the confusion. In any case however, could you please send us an email at support@powr.io so we can clarify any other confusion that you might have?
