The App backend is not working and we contacted the support as we are not able to proceed with a campaign but no answer from their side. that's not acceptable at all.
I just installed the POWR Survey app, so I’m still exploring its full potential, but I wanted to highlight the excellent support I received right from the start.
Jamilya was very helpful during the setup process. She guided me step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working correctly. Thank you!
It's a great app. We stopped sending surveys out a while ago so we had to cancel but if you are using surveys it does everything you need it to do. The Customer service on the app is also great they answer all your questions quickly with no hassle. Richcarde was amazing!
