Rebuy is a phenomenal tool for any store needing to unlock a lot of potential with a limited lift.

In beginning as a new eCommerce manager assessing your app stack for marketing enablement is always a first order of business. All businesses come down to the dollars and "sense"!

I was quickly introduced to Diana I, our account manager, who brought me up to speed super quickly. Between her and a past Shopify contact of mine who is also an account manager for them, Geoff B, both have fielded what I can only describe as borderline manic requests from me as I rapidly realized we needed to migrate to functions foundationally to truly unlock the power of the smart carts...and they've both been there every step of the way.

We absolutely love Rebuy and it's value far outweighs it's cost. Don't sleep on this one, folks. Their support is unmatched.

the App broke my theme several times, when contact the support I was offered initial setup for 700$ something un acceptable. The App interface is heavily to understand and not intuitive at all. Overall BAD Experience and waist of time.

Love that I can use AI to drive merchandising decisions on my site. Support has been top notch whenever I have a question or need custom help.

My only feedback would be that the interface and customization can be a bit clunky for a novice. While functionality works perfectly, the aesthetics by default are very basic and require considerable CSS to stylize properly. If Rebuy was to add a GUI or Drag-and-Drop interface to stylize their widgets, this app would be perfect.

The latest version actually updated their discounting to use Shopify Functions which makes this app usable so I recently reinstalled it.

The good. It does a lot in one app. GWP, Tiered GWP, Cross sells, Bundles, Post Purchase.
My main complaint that this app is not intuitive and although their support is responsive it does take a lot of time to get this app up and running the way you want. There is a ton of time spent on troubleshooting. I am still trying to get GWP to work. I am currently using a different app (that literally took 3 min to set up) for that because I am still working on getting it to work in Rebuy.
Another time suck is their inconsistent CSS styling across their components and carts. This means you will have to spend extra time writing CSS (hate!) making this app appear consistent across your website. When asked about this their support wrote:
"The widgets and Smart Cart just happen to have different styling. For instance, the line items are bolded in Smart Cart but items in widgets are not. Please note that we cannot provide support for customizations beyond the scope of Rebuy."
So my take is that app comes with a lot of functionality/stats but expect to also spend a lot of time on getting it right.

When I installed on my store, it did not work. It wasted two weeks of my time. The drawer cart is not compatible on every theme, in this case for our theme. On mobile browser, the drawer cart gets the entire page. I reached out to their team, they don't have an engineer to help. Their success team are wonderful, but they are not very good at coding or fixing behind the hood. Not recommending if you are using premium themes.
