Rebuy has a lot of functions. They pitched and sold me on their service and "Launch" package and after spending all that money, we found out our skus were not compatible. It was a frustrating experience but their customer relations people reached out and offered a refund - which makes all the difference. We're going to try and see if we can rebuild our checkout cart so it's compatible with Rebuy in the future.

UPDATE:
Rebuy was kind enough to reach out to us to help fix the issues we were experiencing. While this app didn't work out for our store in the end, their customer service is exceptional to ensure you are left feeling happy until it's resolved.

Rebuy comes with a lot of useful widgets. Most of the widgets are good. Some of the others, such as Smart Search, can be improved, but the support we have received from Bradley was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing any issues or questions we've had. Recommend.

Rebuy is a powerful tool that has positively impacted our store, making it a valuable addition for any e-commerce business looking to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Some Pros!
- Their success team, developers, and support are very easy to work with.
- Open to customization conversations. If the widgets don't look or act how you need, Rebuy is ready and willing to optimize their services to your needs.
- They offer A/B testing, which isn't offered by similar apps.
- Widget rules are highly customizable, allowing you to control what products are recommended to your customers.

Some Cons!
- Turnaround time for certain bug fixes can be long. The good news is if it's a big bug, their developers will implement a temporary fix while a permanent one is worked on.
- Pricing can be expensive for bigger stores if you're not looking to utilize most of their features.
- Rebuy has a ton of features, which is great for your store, but makes the learning curve a little steep. They have help docs, videos, and support to offset this.

Overall, Rebuy has been very accommodating to our business needs, and we're grateful to work with them. Special thanks to our Success Manager, Reza, for being a one-stop Rebuy encyclopedia! You've helped us make the best use of Rebuy's features and keep us accountable for yearly goals.

Rebuy has definitely added value to our site in terms of AOV. Setup was easy, functionality has been great, and Reza has been one of the most outstanding platform reps I've ever had the pleasure to work with!

You may find yourself having to custom code some things with this app (e.g., content positioning), but Rebuy support has generally been willing and able help with these tasks. Would like to see more built-in setup options in the future.

Upsell, mini cart, cross sell and other features are outstanding. We have seen a HUGE revenue increase in subscription adoption and AOV since installing re-buy. We would love it if the rebuy team would put more work into the script performance and progressive enhancement/speed as this app has significant performance impacts on the theme and is currently the biggest drop on our performance metrics which is the only downside.

Platform in it's core product is really good, the ability to add products at the cart helps drive revenue and increase AOV. Some of the other features are pretty buggy though and haven't work particularly well for us so far, but the support I have received from our account manager Monica has always been extremely attentive and fast to look at the issues.

Overall, it's a great tool to improve CVR across the site. Some integrations with other apps can be improved such as with Builder.io. Some features works better out of the box depending on the theme.
