RecurrinGO! Subscriptions App

This app wasn't useful for my use case and eventually I was charged for services I shouldn't have been. The developer reached out to me and made it right. Clearly they stand behind their product. If you need this service, this is the way to go.

Update: This used to be a free app, which sadly it was never deleted! I just found out they have been changing me $19 for MONTHS!!! Stay away from this!

This APP does not work anymore. The app page in control panel goes in a non-stop refresh loop. I have tried to contact support for more than a month with no response yet. Got better over the years. Does the job. Changing subscriptions when eg price changes or applying a new rule, requires assistance. Assistance is very good though when you are able to work around time zones and weekends.

Do not use. Unauthorized charges to my card. Not sure if the app was sold around March but I was a client for 2+ years. In March 2024, things changed with this company. Beware. Support doesn’t reply to claims.

Awful business ethics of the people behind this app. As others have stated, I was on a free plan and without my approval they switched my account to a paid subscription without proper notice.

They promised in an email after the change, that any requests to revert back to a free plan would be promptly processed. However, 2 weeks and 2 email requests later, they ignored the request. I have reported this app to Shopify, as this is a violation of their terms.

I love this app works so well and customer support is amazing. I love the app easy to use. Always someone to help if you run into a problem.

I have been using this app for several years now. I am a complete novice when it comes to anything technical so I was amazed at how easy it was to set up. Recently, when I needed to update my subscription terms I approached the support team for help. Everyone on the team has amazing communication skills. They walked me through every step, patiently and professionally. I have hundreds of subscribers thanks to this app. My customers are happy and so am I. I recommend this to anyone who wants to grow a list.
