Aditya was very helpful with customer service. I had an issue getting an exchange to process. He helped sort through my settings and helped me understand how to fix the issue I was experiencing. As a store owner, things like this can get very frustrating. I'm glad the Aftership team was there for support.

We tried onboarding with Loop and AfterShip at the same time, and AfterShip offered the better customer support and out-the-box functionality by far. So many great features and a very competitive price.
