I have to admit that aftership returns is the best and intuitive app to handle the headache of return process.
As a business owner, it's not always to deal with clients.
I needed more options they provide and a customer service to walk me through this sofware.
I recommand you this app.
Easy to customize, navigate and get assistance. I enjoy the free trials because as a new business with limited capital it helps to try out apps and see how they integrate with your shop and then you can upgrade as earn funds.
