Near impossible to remove their code from your site if you don't want to use it. interface is much more clunky than they'd have you believe. Don't recommend.

Hey there, Taylor. Thanks for sharing your feedback in the form of this review.

It looks like my colleagues tried to help with this via email and have requested some help from your end. We need to collab access code to send the collab access request so we can check your theme files and help remove the code.

I want to let you know that when you uninstall our app, the code remains in the theme to ensure your pages that you edited and published with Shogun continue to work live. However, if you are not looking to use the app, we recommend reverting any imported pages before you uninstall to ensure they work.

I see you had 19 pages in Shogun and simply deleting the code would cause issue where the pages may lose the CSS or the formatting. Having said that, our team provided with the detailed instructions on how to remove the code, and have even offered to help further by deleting the code for you.

We request you check the email thread and help us with the collaborator access code so we can send the request and check the theme files for you.

I am not sure what felt clunky as I don't see any other support thread about the same. if you were facing an issue you could have shared the feedback with our team and we would have been happy to assist you. I do see you initially installed our app on April 13, 2020 and then reinstalled this month.

While I occasionally encounter challenges using this landing page app, the chat support always provides an excellent experience. The representatives are incredibly helpful and patient. As a beginner in website building, even with a user-friendly platform like Shogun, I truly value the team's guidance and support.

The customer service staff of shogund was very nice and responded in a timely manner, but the software often ran out, and the desired results could not be saved after many operations. Some of the saved content will also change, such as the size and background of the picture. Last but not least!! It is suggested that shogun's form collection function can be linked to shopify's backend customer list, so that we can easily collect customer email addresses!The running speed of the software really suggests some optimization!

While we are super happy to hear that our support team has been able to help you in a timely manner, we would like to hear more about the issues you referred to when it comes to not being able to achieve desired results and the operation not being saved.

Our form element doesn't save the customer email addresses in your Shopify list, but you can export and import the form data manually. However, our option to use Shopify sections on your pages allows that without an issue.

First of all, the shogun support team is super helpful, kind and fast. In page buildung itself, I never found a single thing they couldn't help me fix within a couple minutes. Huge props and thanks for that.

Page building and publishing couldn't be easier. If your shop needs high class content, Shogun is definitely your way to go! Gives you all the options you need (and even more) while perfectly adapting to your shopify theme.

Only downside we have is translating.

The connectivity with Shopify's own translation tool (Translate & Adapt) is really bad unfortunately and still the best one out there. Translating a shogun page in shopify is really painful and if you update a page, layout changes don't update to the translation. Only way to change a 3-lingual page is to publish a copy of the new page and translate it from scratch. which costs loads of time.
Not ideal for multilingual shops but still the best I've seen so far.

Really hope I can give an honest 5-star review for the shogun team one day. But the translation issue is a bummer unfortunately.
