As a customer using Spocket for dropshipping, I've had a positive experience. The main thing that stood out to me is the faster shipping times compared to other dropshipping platforms. Since most of the suppliers are based in the US and EU, my orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days, which greatly improves over the typical 2-4 weeks I’ve experienced with other dropshipping services.
The product selection is also pretty solid, and I can find everything from home goods to beauty products, all from reputable suppliers. The integration with Shopify made it super easy to add products to my store and manage orders. I also appreciate the option to brand invoices, which helps with adding a personal touch for my customers.
Overall, I’m really happy with the quality of the products, the speed of delivery, and how easy it is to run my store. It’s helped me stand out in a competitive market. If you're looking for reliable suppliers with fast shipping, I’d recommend giving Spocket a try.

I have deleted my original review as I was experiencing several issues.
Spocket leadership became aware of my concerns and arranged a zoom call which included two of their leadership members.
They were understanding and pledged to fix the issues I brought up. Like all companies they want their customers to be happy so I appreciated the time they gave me today. It was a positive dialog and they were open to my suggestions to help Spocket rate very high with all of us who use their platform to drop-ship products.
Some of the negative comments drop-ship platforms receive are really the fault of the suppliers who sell their products through these platforms. I sincerely believe Spocket's supplier team will continually work on weeding out the suppliers who are slow to ship or do not ship at all.
Best suggestion I can give, if you use Spocket, let the customer service person know, through their chat, which suppliers are poor to work with. More than anyone, Spocket wants all of the suppliers to keep those who use their platform to be treated professionally so our store reputations can remain strong.

Spocket is an excellent tool for dropshipping. It provides high-quality products with fast shipping from the US and Europe, making it easy to enhance any online store. Integration with platforms like Shopify is seamless, and the automation features save valuable time. Premium features, such as branded invoicing, make the paid plans worth the investment. Highly recommended for those looking for professionalism and efficiency!
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Spocket. After one year of using their service and paying $948 for an annual subscription (12/2023 to 12/2024), I only managed to sell 3 products, as all other orders were either canceled or undeliverable.
Throughout the entire period, there were frequent synchronization issues that caused numerous problems. Despite these recurring issues, I communicated politely and attempted to resolve matters fairly and openly.
While the Spocket support team responded quickly, they often could only mediate. Suppliers were frequently unreachable, and there were long wait times. Delivery times were often not met, or products were canceled afterward.
When I wanted to cancel due to these difficulties, I was offered a 3-month free plan. However, this could only be activated if I switched from PayPal to a credit card. After providing my credit card details, I was promised an additional three-month free extension, and the subscription was supposed to continue afterward. Instead, at the end of the contract period, I was charged another annual fee of $948.
The promise of an anytime downgrade option is also misleading, as this only occurs with an additional payment and is credited to the existing plan. Moreover, canceling the plan results in immediate loss of access, despite having paid, and all communication via chat is cut off.
After 4 to 5 back-and-forth emails with a senior customer service representative, I was offered a 50% refund of the $948 Unicorn Plan, which I find outrageous and unacceptable. If the service had been perfect, I would have only needed a Pro Plan for $288, as only 30 premium products were relevant to me.
During my time using Spocket, there were a total of 10 orders, only one of which was fulfilled. The products and service provided by Spocket are not competitive in the European market.
Additionally, it became apparent over time that about 80% of the products come from BigBuy and are merely sub-products on the European market.
To date, there has been no solution, and all communication with the support team via chat is now blocked. Communication is now only possible with senior managers, and since Spocket is based in Vancouver, Canada, there is a significant time difference.
Beware and stay away from Spocket.
In light of this negative experience, I cannot recommend Spocket at all.
