I tried spocket in the past but when I closed my store I deactivated. I have a new store and use other drop shipping company, and they didn't do a good job with shopping .I trust spocket that my customers will get their packages .Plus they have good quality of clothes on like other drop shippers.

I like the variety of items available. Fast shipping options. Easy platform to use for the most part. Easy bulk editing. The integration with Shopify is seamless. Most of all I enjoy the customer service, especially mark he was so helpful and patient.

Great service and easy to use tools. Theres loads of amazing products to choose from and adding them to your store is simple. There are even products from suppliers in Au and UK as well as US & EU. The ability to easily import products from aliexpress is a great addition too.

I would rather give 0 Stars. Downloaded the app -> cant even browse because you are immeadiately confronted by a pop up to select and buy a subscription.

-> left the app and now we wanted to deinstall and remove it.
Cant be removed due to

"Spocket - US & EU Dropshipping cannot be uninstalled without specifying a successor location for the following items:"

Now this parasite is forever on our store since shopify says the problem lies in the backend of the app and they cant do nothing.

Now how should I ever remove the app since I cant even log in?

The customer service is unsatisfactory. Several suppliers fail to respond to inquiries or address issues adequately. Obtaining a direct response seems impossible, as interactions with the company often feel like an endless loop. Considering the amount I paid for the service, the experience has been very disappointing. It took more than 20 days for a supplier to dispatch an item to my customer, and even then, the wrong size was sent. Now, over 10 days have passed, and I am still awaiting a reply regarding the return of the item.

Overall this app is really easy to use. I love that there are a lot of products from the US, which cuts down on long shipping time. Lot of great products to choose from!

But it does tend to freeze up a lot. Once I connect my sprocket to my shopify store, it sent me to another page, instead of letting me import the items I'd already selected. I had to start all over
