I had the BEST experience with PEARL, she helped to customize my widget for my Shopify page and it really pops now! It looks so good and I think it will get more people to sign up for the subscription option now!

i am absolutely blown away with the service that Subi team provides. we are still growing with them and the attention they give us is unlike any other app. i cannot recc them enough. Sam has gone way out of her way to help me make our subscription app look amazing!

We’ve been with Subi for about a year now, since B*ld changed their platform and it no longer suited our small subscription business, and it’s been really great. The team are always so helpful and quick to respond to any issues that crop up and are incredibly generous with their time and efforts, and the platform itself is really easy to use.

Just recently, after helping with a tech issue, Nilou suggested a customisation change we could make for the front end and it was implemented within minutes after we finalised it which is really incredible.

We've had a great experience with the Subi Subscriptions App! The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to manage subscription products and track customer activity. The support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful (especially to Pearl) — especially when we needed assistance with removing a user.

We recently ran into a setup issue, but Emma responded quickly and went above and beyond to help us resolve it. She kept us informed with updates and timelines, and everything was completed as promised. So far, we're really impressed—not only with the product, but with the outstanding customer service as well!

Great App! Very cutomizable and easy to use. I tried many before Subi but none had the cutomizability of Subi.
Also Support ist Great. Miles helped me very fast with all my issues and questions.

Mason was a great help this morning when I needed an issue resolved. He jumped onto the chat straight away and was happy to look into it there and then. He made what could have been a stressful and time-consuming problem much easier and completely stress-free.
