Just never saw what justified the cost here.
We were going to delete it a month or two ago and only kept it because they'd made our legacy plan free. But then we got our next Shopify bill and they'd charged us $100 again.
So now we're deleting and feeling a little salty over the breach of trust...
• It's really unpleasant to work with on the backend - just unintuitive in every possible way.
• For us at least it doesn't deliver value to justify the price tag. Maybe we're missing some use case but there are lots of apps for embedding social content on your shop for cheaper if that's all your looking for.
• Trying to reach their customer service is a non-starter. It's an AI chatbot that doesn't give substantive answers.
• The UGC detect feature just wasn't that reliable or robust. It misses a lot of content that other ones pick up - not sure why.
We appreciate your feedback but after further investigation we noticed that you were confused since you are on a legacy $99/mo pricing plan and not on the new free plan. Our customer service did provide a reply in chat support but we never heard back.
