I've been using the Trendsi app and services for over a year now, and am super happy with the integration with Shopify. Even more I am very impressed with their Customer Support - who have been quick to respond to my questions and have even helped with getting my Shopify and TikTok settings optimized for shipping through Trendsi. I absolutely LOVE doing business with Trendsi. We've all experienced poor service that can completely hinder your small business and slow down sales. That's most definitely NOT the case with Trendsi. The support staff Chette, Charles, & Lee are incredible to work with and they have quickly resolved any minor issues I may have had. Anya helped me almost instantly. She knew where my issue was within two emails. 1000% for Trendsi and if you seriously need help try and ask for Anya. I hope her bosses see this she deserves any amount of money that she asks for in the future. I was showing everything out of stock and she led me straight to an area where I could see that all my stock was trying to come from my address and there was an option to click on each supplier and this fixed it. Thanks so much Anya, you were super clear and straight to the problem I had. Can't thank you enough.

I recommend Trendsi to every new boutique owner. It's a one stop shop and they handle everything for you. you can create collections and add them all at once to your store under the collection you want them to. They answer question quickly and if you all confused about international shipping, tariff, duties and import tax, Mariel is your go to girl cause she knows everything. Give her a raise for her patience.

I was having an issue with the shipping on my Shopify store. Lorena and Ria both assisted me with excellent service and were able to fix the problem while providing me with a clear understanding of why it happened, not just how to fix it. Of course, it turned out to be user error, lol.

Using the Trendsi app on Shopify has been a great experience. Everything runs smoothly, and transferring a large number of products takes just a few moments. The app is well-organized, and all products are neatly categorized, making browsing and selection very efficient.

One of the standout features is the customer service. Lorie, in particular, has been incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and responsive — sometimes replying to emails in under 5 minutes!

The order fulfillment process is also very user-friendly and always on time. Overall, Trendsi has made managing our store much easier. Highly recommend!

I started trendsi app few weeks ago. I have a great experience with them. Adding products from Trendsi to shopify is very smooth which makes my job very easy. Today, I had some problems with shipping and contacted the customer representative Anya who is very responsive and helpful, and my problem got resolved very fast. So far, I love this app for drop shipping. My only complaint is some brands on Trendsi doesn't format the size information very well because of that product pages doesn't look very professional and clean. If they can resolve this issue, it will be very helpful for me.

The user interface is simple, the product catalog is constantly updated with trendy items, and the integration with Shopify works flawlessly. I absolutely LOVE Trendsi for sourcing merchandise for my online boutique! Their amount of dropshipping brands and quality of the clothing is fantastic. I also like that i can brand whitelabel clothing so I can build my own clothing line.

Whenever I have had a question, I am able to reach out through customer service chat and get immediate answers.
