I've spent 2 years sending and uploading every single business entity and tax document we have in our possession and still cannot get the facebook and instagram sales channels linked up. This app doesn't work.

Terrible experience so far. Unable to get shop verified, but no details on why other that not meeting compliance requirements. No way to get support of an actual human, I'm fairly tech savvy but just being sent in circles. Incredibly frustrating.

It is almost impossible to fix things through FB because their "help" processes are incomplete, don't cover all scenarios, and are buggy. E.G. I can't use my account because their verification forces my to verify myself through one path only. I can't complete this process because it only uses my OLD cell phone number. I can't login or run more ads because of this error AND there are no people to speak with and get help.

Hello, I'm confused about why my Instagram and Facebook accounts are under review. It's been like this for quite a while, and I don't understand why. I am unsure how to correct whatever issue you think there is.

I have removed the man's swimwear from my store that you say is offensive! I don't understand what's offensive, as Facebook allows women's swimwear that shows much less! I want my restriction lifted from my account.

I can not get anyone to respond to me. I have already missed selling for Mother's Day, and now Father's Day is coming up. My account shows no problems, so why can't I remove my restrictions?!

App does not work properly. Items in shop show most expensive variants instead of cheapest. This is costing me sales. Have been trying to get help and no one from shopify or meta seems to be able to fix this.

It is crAPP! They need to include debugging tools into their shopify app connection to give better information about what is not allowing catalogs, meta accounts, and other linkages that are necessary to facilitate creating a working store! They don't want you to use your Shopify account, Meta wants you to use their product catalog and derive it all from them. I and many others have been unable to connect our stores for years! With an "S".

Probably the most difficult thing I have ever done on the internet. The directions seem clear yet do not work. The support is as if coming from am automated response system without any human common sense help. And even once it seems like I've received help, it still doesn't work. I submitted an ad without even having a stupid pixel active...which seem like a waste of 20 bucks. I'd like to submit another ad, but I still do not have an active pixel, so I am not going to do it. I wish someone from Facebook/Meta would actually assist me with their system.

2/14/25 - I am using this with a supplementary feed. I am showing product price in the images i am generating for the supplementary feed. The images update every time the product price changes. This Meta app is NOT keeping the items in sync on an hourly basis like it should. Meta support is obscenely slow and behind the times with their capabilities. Shopify customers deserve better customization and support.

2/26/25 - after being passed from one meta support person to the next, they finally got me over to their commerce manager team. I did a screen recording and gave them examples of products that were out of sync and they kept addressing the individual examples i gave them and not the root problem. After calling them out on this, they simply replied asking for another product example. They are completely incompetent. I am replacing this feed with something else. Meta support is pathetic.

Fairly useless channel. Things keep getting disconnected. When I try to reconnect I only get error messages.

I'm too worn out to continue to provide free QA services to large corporations. Y'all can monitor your own logs to figure out where things are going wrong and fix it.
