This app is exhausting. It constantly disconnects from Facebook and forces me to reverify everything like it’s my first time. The setup process is overly complex, Meta’s approval flow is vague and inconsistent, and product syncing often breaks for no reason. I’ve spent more time fixing errors than actually running ads. If you're serious about e-commerce automation, this app slows you down. Shopify merchants deserve a smoother, more stable integration. Until Meta fixes this, it’s not worth the headache.

I would give zero stars if it's possible. Meta can't connect to my Shopify for months now. And I can't get support if I am not connected to my account. Are you kidding me?

AWFUL. Will not approve your store and there is no way to contact or request a review. All sorts of dead ends and no assistance. But they will take your money (in my case $400 in ad spend, but wont approve my store).

I am extremely disappointed with Instagram and Facebook after two years of trying to address an ongoing issue with product visibility on my Facebook Shop and TikTok Shop. Despite countless attempts to contact support and resolve the issue, my products remain invisible to potential customers, significantly slowing down the growth and visibility of my brand.

As a small business owner, I rely on these platforms to reach my audience, but their lack of responsiveness and failure to fix this problem has been beyond frustrating. Why is it so difficult to make products visible to the customers who want them?

Their inefficiency and lack of support have caused unnecessary delays in my brand's growth, and it's deeply disheartening to see platforms that claim to empower small businesses fall so short in delivering on their promises.

If Instagram and Facebook truly value their business users, they need to prioritize resolving these issues and providing the support we need to thrive.

The most terrible experience, First of all its not user friendly on top of it i have try to get approval and its seems like anti terrorist squad. it had become a nightmare just barely get approved to shop on instagram and Facebook.

I have been locked out of my facebook for over a year and there is no live support - I have gone so far as to submit business records facial images for facial recognition and government issued id's. Nothing allows me access to my own account - so I have reached out to my congressmen and women's offices and sent documentation to show how this is effecting my ability to. Meta must do better to support - Shopify should assist as well.

I'm not sure why the app keeps disconnecting my shop from Instagram and Facebook; however, it is now costing me money and we'll need to fix that ASAP before the losses get too much.

Meta is absolute garbage when it comes to customer service. I have been trying to connect my shop AND pay for ads for over a week. I have contacted support 2x per day at this point and still nothing. TRASH
