products on app is like other similar apps that all are free or have free plan, too bad thing is have NO ANY IMAGE SEARCH OPTION!!!

PS: Thank you for your reply. I appreciate you acknowledging the issues I raised. While I understand that Spocket aims to offer a premium experience, the current technical issues—especially the inability to import orders—are very disruptive to my business. I’ve already reported this problem to the support team, but it remains unresolved after several days.

However, I appreciate that after my review, the support team followed up and worked to identify the issue. I also accept the offer to explore the platform further and see how things improve. I’m hopeful that with ongoing improvements and support, Spocket will become an even better solution for dropshippers like me.

I truly hope Spocket can resolve these technical issues promptly. Features like image search and a smoother user experience are essential for busy store owners like me, especially since other platforms offer these at no additional cost.

Looking forward to seeing the platform’s progress.

Giving 3 Stars because so far I can not get the products to show as in stock on my website. Support for Spocket has been great but Shoptify may be the cause of the issue. I am working on it from both sides.

I was not permitted to confirm if Spocket could source my eco-products, because they require you to paid via "14-Trial" before you can perform a search.

Update: 1 - They have provided me with access to search their suppliers and product offerings. I stand by signup my experience as not being good. I will acknowledge the CEO was very responsive and polite in our email exchange. They actually provided me access at no cost. I will update my review after trying. Thanks

Too many "premium" products. Products that actually sell, are placed in this category. If spocket wants to be a leader in dropshipping, don't force people to pay for your premium plans.

The app is unfortunately not great. Several issues occur at every step, from importing products to simply browsing their product library or paying for the orders: cache needs to be cleaned endless numbers of times, product library crashes often, only credit cards are accepted (not debit) and this is not said anywhere until you discover it at the checkout for the first order. Assistance takes days to solve the easiest issues, apart from the amazing Prinz who is always super quick and effective. Thank you Prinz!

I have found the suppliers run out of stock and don't restock for weeks on end. The products are FAR more expensive than AliExpress ..the shipping costs are extortionate. I wish the "cost" would import to Shopify along with the price etc. I always have to manually go in and maintain "cost" on Shopify after an import

I’ve been using this app for about 3 months. The only reason why i didn’t give it 1 star is because of the customer service from spocket. It’s great. BUT... the suppliers Do not care about your business. Careless mistakes, sending the wrong product, send one item when the customer ordered 2. The shipping times DO NOT.. i repeat DO NOT match what spocket writes on the product descriptions. Some items ship quick, some take months. Long story short... I know that in order for me to grow my brand I’m going to need to find new suppliers.

Its a good app just suppliers sometimes take a bit too long too ship even though on the product time frame is shorter

I feel like I am over paying for this app and I'm honestly disappointed. You aren't able to sell on Google Shop, Etsy, or Ebay. There are NO product reviews so it makes it hard to know if the product really is good. I wish you could at least see reviews and you were able to put them on your site too.
